Getting advice and application forms for the Freedom Pass, Blue Badge or Dial-a-Ride scheme

Making appeals if an application is turned done for the above or for Taxicard or Patient Transport

Making a complaint about problems you are facing while travelling (such as being refused access to a bus, or no support at a railway station)
