Current timetable of activities includes:
Monday
9.30am to 11am - Me Time: Safe Space for Ethnic Minority Women Group at Art4Space**,** 31 Jeffreys Road, SW4 6QU.
Activities designed by group, e.g. sewing and crafts.
Materials and light refreshments provided.
Tuesday
9:30am to 10:30am - Fitness group for North East African women at The Old Laundry, 20 Eastcote Street, SW9 9BY.
12:30pm to 13:30pm - Yoga with Linda at The Old Laundry, 20 Eastcote Street, SW9 9BY.
Wednesday
10am to 12pm - Coffee Morning with Sisters of Lambeth at The Old Laundry, 20 Eastcote Street, SW9 9BY.
Activities co- designed by the group for women of Muslim heritage.
Materials and light refreshments provided.
Friday
1.30pm to 3pm - People with Chronic Pain Coffee & Chat Group at Art4Space**,** 31 Jeffreys Road, SW4 6QU.
Arts & Crafts for Wellbeing.
