What is this service?

The programme works with young people aged 18 to 25 with a learning disability using sport and mentoring to get the young people into employment and to reduce isolation.

The young people take part in 10 employability challenges thought the year with sessions building up to them. For an example the soap box challenge is all about public speaking skills and three sessions the challenge will be themed around this.

We have a venue at the Henry Fawcett Centre Clayton Street Kensington SE11 5BZ. The session runs on Thursdays from 5.00pm-6.30pm. The session runs all year around excluding Bank Holidays and school holiday’s.
