Link Age Southwark

Link Age Southwark provides volunteer support to older people feeling lonely or isolated in Southwark. We run a befriending service where a volunteer visits an older person for one hour, once a week, in their own home. We also run 24 exercise and activity groups across the borough ranging from gentle chair based exercise to singing, bridge to reminiscence. Link Age Southwark also provides regular volunteer transport and light DIY and gardening tasks.
