What is this service?
Our vision is to promote a good state of wellbeing and mental health within the Spanish and Portuguese speaking communities living in London. We recognise that having access to quality healthcare is essential for everyone, so we offer free advice and guidance through our qualified advisers so you can access the community care and both physical and mental health services that are offered by the NHS. We also organise specific workshops to improve awareness of how to lead both a physically and mentally healthy life, for example our popular Relaxation Techniques workshop.
