What is this service?
Archbishops Park Gardening Club meet weekly on a Friday. It is an inclusive and friendly club, giving members the opportunity to work as a team to care for this beautiful park. The type of work changes according to the seasons, and the group also has the opportunity to get creative, learn carpentry, and do some cooking but our main focus is on gardening, including growing vegetables and fruits. The park also has an orchard with beehives, from which we harvest our own honey. At the end of each session we have a cup of tea or coffee and the chance to socialise. Please get in touch if you or someone you know are interested in volunteering with us.
